The Quality Inspector (QA/QC Inspector) is responsible for ensuring all incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products comply with established specifications and quality standards. Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspect and approve incoming materials by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement tests.
- Reject and return materials that do not meet required standards.
- Inspect in-process production by verifying that products meet specifications and performing visual and measurement assessments.
- Communicate required adjustments to production supervisors to address deviations from quality standards.
- Approve finished products by conducting visual and measurement tests and confirming adherence to specifications.
- Return non-conforming products for re-work and ensure that re-worked items meet quality standards before approval.
- Document inspection results by completing detailed reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, and entering data into the quality database.
- Maintain measurement equipment by following proper operating instructions, adhering to calibration requirements, and requesting repairs as needed.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Stay current with job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading relevant technical publications.

Qualifications & Requirements
