Quality Engineering Manager - Summary

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software quality engineering or a related technology field
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Quality Automation
- At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing QA or Quality Engineering teams
- Proven experience in conducting performance reviews, mentoring, and employee development
- Comprehensive understanding of automated testing methodologies, including functional, API, unit, component, and snapshot testing
