- 6+ years of experience in software QA, quality engineering, or test automation
- Proven hands-on experience building and scaling automation frameworks
- Expertise in automation across API, UI, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Experience with AI tools for automated test creation, maintenance, and defect analysis
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large engineering teams in complex technical environments
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, including CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies
- Background in healthcare or financial services is preferred, but not required
