Quality Engineer - Summary- Conducts audits of processes and products post-production to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications.
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives and maintains a culture of quality excellence.
- Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Provides immediate feedback and training to production teams regarding process deviations and best practices.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive data collection for quality monitoring.
- Conduct internal and process audits in alignment with regulatory, industry, and internal quality standards, including ISO compliance.
- Follow up on the closure of open audits and track corrective actions to resolution.
- Assist in root cause analysis for audit findings and implement corrective actions.
- Initiate and support product and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in audit filings as required.
- Monitor and analyze business metrics to support quality objectives.
- Prepare reject reports and analyze defects for process improvement opportunities.
- Provide feedback to production areas regarding process deviations and drive corrective measures.
- Facilitate Quality Alert meetings and process training sessions as needed.
