About the RoleThis full-time Quality Control Technician I position is based at our state-of-the-art facility in Northridge, CA. You will work within a dedicated quality assurance team, reporting to the Quality Manager, and collaborate closely with engineering, production, and R&D departments. The role involves hands-on inspection and testing in a manufacturing setting, utilizing a comprehensive suite of modern quality tools and equipment. We provide all necessary safety gear and tools to perform your duties effectively and safely. This role offers a clear growth trajectory, with opportunities to advance to Quality Control Technician II, Lead Technician, or specialize in areas like NDT, CMM programming, or quality engineering.
