Quality Auditor - Summary
- Serve as a key member of the quality assurance team to maintain and improve company-wide quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements by conducting comprehensive audits.
- Work within a collaborative environment dedicated to operational excellence and continuous process enhancement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth audits of operational processes and systems to identify compliance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop, implement, and monitor effective quality control measures.
- Document audit findings clearly and thoroughly, providing actionable recommendations to drive quality performance improvements.
- Contribute to the development, revision, and implementation of quality assurance policies and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in organizational training initiatives to cultivate a culture of quality awareness and compliance.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by analyzing quality data and trends, and assisting with root cause analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of audit results and quality metrics to management and relevant stakeholders.

- 1–5 years of experience in quality auditing, quality assurance, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in documenting audit findings and preparing detailed reports.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
