Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for a variety of mobile and web platforms, ensuring thorough coverage of features and workflows.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and any user experience pain points with clear and actionable details.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional development and product teams, effectively communicating issues and offering constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Verify software feature functionality across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure consistency and compatibility.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing testing findings, trends, and actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail, with the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and a solid understanding of app ecosystems and digital platforms.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and will be advantageous in this QA Tester role.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and the use of a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for testing purposes.
