- Document bugs, glitches, and user experience challenges with clear and thorough descriptions, supporting the development team in identifying root causes efficiently.
- Collaborate with developers and other QA professionals to communicate findings and feedback, helping prioritize solutions and improvements for future releases.
- Submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports that summarize findings, trends, and actionable recommendations for enhancing product quality and user satisfaction.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies by sharing insights and participating in team discussions.
- Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with the ability to follow structured testing instructions and guidelines thoroughly.
- Familiarity with remote working tools and digital collaboration platforms, enabling effective communication and participation in a distributed team environment.
- Comfort working within app ecosystems and digital platforms, with a basic understanding of user experience principles.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields is preferred but not required.
