Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability and functionality testing scenarios at all stages of the app development lifecycle, ensuring thorough coverage and accurate reporting of test results.
- Document and report bugs, glitches, and usability issues with clear, actionable descriptions to facilitate swift resolution by development teams.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers, to communicate findings, provide feedback, and help prioritize enhancements for upcoming releases.
- Validate that applications perform optimally across a range of devices, operating systems, web browsers, and screen sizes to ensure consistent user experiences.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports outlining findings, recommendations, and an overview of completed testing activities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Comfort working remotely, with proficiency in using digital communication and project management tools to collaborate effectively with other team members.
- Familiarity with the stages of app development and an understanding of quality assurance processes are highly valued.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, software testing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for testing purposes.
