- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues with clarity and precision, supporting the development team in resolving defects efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to communicate findings, provide critical feedback, and contribute to continuous product improvement.
- Verify that new and updated features integrate seamlessly with existing systems and align with user expectations for performance and usability.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports outlining test results, observations, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, with the ability to follow structured instructions and meticulously document findings.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and an understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, software testing, user testing, or a related field is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of running testing scenarios.
