Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web platforms, ensuring software features function as intended across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Thoroughly document bugs, glitches, and user experience pain points, providing clear and actionable feedback to the development team.
- Collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders by effectively communicating issues, feedback, and suggestions for improvement.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing findings, defects, and recommendations for enhancing digital products.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to following testing instructions and protocols.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote work tools as well as familiarity with app and website ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred, offering valuable insights into the testing process.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device to facilitate effective remote work and testing activities.
