Quality Assurance Engineer (QA Engineer) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases for a range of software products.
- Test web, mobile web, and desktop applications to identify and document defects and areas for improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using C# and Selenium to achieve efficient test coverage.
- Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and ensure accurate test results.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and fellow QA team members during Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Implement and improve AI-driven testing tools and methodologies to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
- Document testing outcomes and communicate findings clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in quality assurance, automation, and healthcare technology.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a QA or Quality Assurance Engineering role.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with mobile web application testing.
- Proficiency in developing and executing automated tests using C# and Selenium.
- Solid understanding of software quality assurance processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ability to write and interpret SQL queries for data validation.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Interest in or experience with AI-assisted testing approaches is a plus.
