The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer (QA Automation Engineer) plays a pivotal role in driving AI-powered automation and quality initiatives across engineering teams. As a member of the Core Automation team, you will focus on delivering high-caliber automated solutions that accelerate platform delivery and ensure reliable, high-quality user experiences. This position is essential for organizations seeking to modernize their QA processes, particularly by leveraging advanced tools and AI-driven approaches to maximize efficiency and accuracy.

In this dynamic QA Automation Engineer role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks. The goal is to transition from traditional manual scripting to cutting-edge, AI-accelerated workflows, significantly reducing script authoring time for both UI and API testing. Utilizing industry-leading tools such as Windsurf, Katalon Studio AI Assist, Playwright, and integrating these into CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitLab and Jenkins, you will help ensure that automated testing is an integral part of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). This approach enables rapid feedback, early defect detection, and continuous improvement in product quality.

The QA Automation Engineer will collaborate closely with feature teams to provide guidance and support, driving the adoption of automation best practices. You will be tasked with orchestrating automated test execution, integrating shift-left testing methodologies by embedding automation early in the SDLC, and ensuring that detailed test reports are delivered to stakeholders daily. Your expertise in leveraging AI for test automation will be critical, as will your ability to champion quality initiatives and mentor team members in automation practices.

This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a deep understanding of QA automation, a strong background in AI-driven scripting, and a passion for continuous process improvement. By joining this organization, you will have the opportunity to work within a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to quality. The company offers a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development.

Located in Denver, Colorado, this opportunity provides a chance to contribute to the success of an industry-leading organization while enjoying the vibrant culture and thriving tech community of the area.
