Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Analyst) Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Analyst) to join our remote team. As a QA Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the high quality and usability of our digital products, including mobile applications and web platforms. Based in Las Vegas, NV, this full-time position provides an excellent opportunity to work remotely and contribute to continuous improvements in user experience and software reliability across a range of interfaces.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability and functionality testing for both mobile and web platforms, following structured test scenarios and scripts.
- Accurately document, track, and report bugs, glitches, and user experience challenges encountered during the testing process.
- Work closely with development and design teams to communicate testing outcomes, provide constructive feedback, and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Verify that all software features and interfaces function as intended across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent user experience for all end-users.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports summarizing findings, observations, and actionable recommendations for improvements.
- Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions and test plans.
- Demonstrated comfort working with remote tools and platforms, along with familiarity with modern app ecosystems and digital interfaces.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, software testing, user testing, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
- Reliable internet connectivity and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for testing and reporting purposes.
