- Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and other QA team members to communicate findings and suggest actionable improvements.
- Verify software compatibility across a diverse range of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent experience for all users.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing test results, identified issues, and recommended improvements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adhere to structured testing protocols and instructions.
- Proficiency with digital tools for remote collaboration, such as bug tracking systems, communication platforms, and testing suites.
- Familiarity with app ecosystems and user testing methodologies, gained through previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field.
- Reliable internet connectivity and access to at least one testing device (desktop, laptop, or mobile device) required to perform comprehensive tests.
