Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for mobile and web platforms in a remote work environment.
- Identify, document, and report software bugs, glitches, and user experience issues in a clear and organized manner.

- Verify that software features perform as expected across multiple devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience.
- Prepare and submit regular reports—daily or weekly—detailing testing outcomes, recommendations, and any critical findings that could impact platform performance.
- Remain updated on the latest trends in quality assurance practices and digital product testing to continually improve testing processes.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Comfortable with using remote work tools, online collaboration platforms, and familiar with common app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, software user testing, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of supporting testing tasks.
