Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability and functionality testing scenarios across mobile and web platforms to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Document and report software bugs, glitches, and areas where the user experience can be improved, providing clear and actionable feedback for development teams.
- Work collaboratively with software development teams to communicate issues, share findings, and participate in the resolution process.
- Verify that all new and existing software features perform consistently across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Prepare and submit regular reports summarizing your testing results, including detailed observations and well-supported recommendations for enhancements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured test plans and instructions.
- Proficiency with remote work tools and platforms, as well as a solid understanding of mobile and web app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in software quality assurance, user acceptance testing, or related fields is preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to at least one testing device, such as a desktop computer, laptop, or smartphone.
