- Work closely with development teams to communicate observations, deliver feedback, and recommend actionable improvements that enhance platform performance.

- Produce comprehensive daily or weekly reports summarizing findings, highlighting critical issues, and making informed recommendations for product enhancements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to adhere to structured testing instructions.

- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with QA methodologies and best practices.
