QA UI Tester Job OverviewWe are searching for a detail-oriented and motivated QA UI Tester to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. As a QA UI Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and usability of user interfaces within financial technology (fintech) applications. Your expertise will be vital in identifying and troubleshooting any visual or interactive defects that could impact the user experience, ultimately supporting the delivery of robust and user-friendly fintech products.
Responsibilities- Execute targeted test cases designed to uncover user interface (UI) bugs, layout inconsistencies, and failures of interactive elements in fintech applications.
- Leverage debugging and developer tools to analyze and investigate the root causes of visual glitches or responsiveness issues within web and mobile fintech platforms.
- Document precise and detailed bug reports, including clear reproduction steps and visual evidence, to facilitate quick resolution by design and development teams.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and front-end developers to ensure that financial interfaces are implemented accurately according to specifications and user requirements.
- Perform verification of fixes and conduct thorough regression testing on fintech UI components across a variety of devices and browsers, ensuring consistent user experiences.
- Exceptional attention to visual detail, with a solid understanding of UI design principles, particularly within highly regulated industries such as fintech.
- Proficiency in using web and mobile browser developer tools to inspect and debug UI elements.
- Proven experience in UI testing, front-end quality assurance (QA), or debugging within financial technology applications.
- Reliable internet connection and access to multiple devices and browsers to support comprehensive UI testing and analysis.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate visual and interactive issues clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats.
