- Work closely with development and design teams to communicate findings, provide feedback, and verify the resolution of reported issues.
- Ensure that all software features are thoroughly tested across a range of devices, browsers, and screen sizes to guarantee cross-platform compatibility.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports outlining test results, identified issues, and actionable recommendations for product improvements.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to follow structured testing procedures and accurately record findings.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and a solid understanding of mobile and web application ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred, though not strictly required.
