QA Tester Job OverviewWe are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team, with the opportunity to work remotely from Kansas City, MO. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability and functionality testing for various digital platforms, including mobile apps and websites, to identify issues impacting user experience.
- Execute structured test scenarios and cases across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure cross-platform compatibility.
- Thoroughly document and report bugs, glitches, and usability issues, providing clear and actionable feedback for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to communicate findings and track resolution of reported issues.
- Prepare and submit regular reports summarizing test results, recommendations, and progress on identified issues, maintaining clear documentation throughout the process.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meticulously follow test instructions and procedures.
- Experience using remote collaboration tools, along with a strong familiarity with different app ecosystems and digital platforms.
- Previous background in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred, though not strictly required.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and necessary testing devices such as a desktop, laptop, or mobile device.
