QA Tester Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our quality assurance team as a QA Tester. This full-time remote position is responsible for evaluating the functionality of a variety of mobile and web applications. As a QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring that each application meets established requirements and delivers a seamless user experience. By identifying inconsistencies, bugs, and areas for improvement, you will directly contribute to the overall quality and reliability of our products.
Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive functional test cases to verify that all application features and workflows operate as intended.
- Identify, document, and report any functional bugs, crashes, or inconsistencies in application behavior.
- Provide detailed and reproducible bug reports, including clear steps for developers to follow during troubleshooting and resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure a shared understanding of issues and to facilitate effective problem-solving.
- Submit daily or weekly reports summarizing testing activities, findings, and overall application functionality status.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a systematic approach to software testing.
- Experience with remote work tools and the ability to adapt to different application types and platforms, including both mobile and desktop environments.
- Previous experience in functional QA, software testing, or a related technical field is required.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and compatible testing devices, such as desktop computers and mobile phones.
- Strong written communication skills for articulating defect reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
