Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios across mobile and web platforms to ensure an optimal user experience.
- Document software bugs, glitches, and user experience issues clearly and concisely for efficient resolution.
- Collaborate effectively with development teams to communicate issues, provide feedback, and support the troubleshooting process.
- Verify that new and existing software features function reliably across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Prepare and submit thorough daily or weekly reports detailing findings, analysis, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to follow structured testing procedures and instructions.
- Familiarity with remote work tools and comfort navigating various app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields is preferred, though not required.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device are necessary for performing job duties remotely.
