QA Tester Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time QA Tester. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and usability of our mobile and web applications. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive usability and functionality tests, carefully evaluating user experience, and providing actionable feedback that supports continuous improvement of our digital platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and make a direct impact on the performance and satisfaction of our products used nationwide.
Responsibilities- Execute thorough usability tests on both mobile and web-based digital platforms, following structured scenarios and test cases.
- Identify, document, and report any bugs, glitches, or user experience issues with clear and concise descriptions.
- Collaborate effectively with development and product teams to communicate findings and feedback in a timely manner.
- Verify that software features function correctly across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure a consistent user experience.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on testing outcomes, providing recommendations for improvements on a regular basis (daily or weekly, as assigned).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to carefully follow detailed testing instructions and procedures.
- Experience with remote work tools and the ability to adapt to various digital platforms and ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, software testing, user testing, or similar roles is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for software testing activities.
