QA Tester Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional for the position of QA Tester. Based remotely and supporting teams in Philadelphia, PA, the QA Tester will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and user experience of our web and mobile platforms. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for identifying and documenting issues, collaborating with development teams, and contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our digital products.
Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios on both mobile and web platforms to assess overall functionality and user experience.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and potential user experience concerns in a clear and methodical manner.
- Work collaboratively with development teams to communicate testing results and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure that software features perform consistently across a wide range of devices, browsers, and screen resolutions.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and progress on assigned testing tasks.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured testing protocols and instructions.
- Experience with remote working tools and an understanding of various app ecosystems.
- Background in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields is preferred, but not required.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for software testing.
