QA Tester Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our remote team in New York City, NY. - Document bugs, glitches, and usability issues in a clear and structured manner to facilitate efficient troubleshooting and resolution by development teams.
- Collaborate closely with developers and other team members to communicate findings, provide feedback, and suggest improvements that enhance user experience.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing test results, identified issues, and recommendations for enhancements.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to testing protocols and maintain accurate records of all testing activities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured testing instructions and workflows.
- Demonstrated comfort with remote working tools, digital collaboration platforms, and familiarity with mobile app and web ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, software testing, user testing, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for software testing tasks.
