QA Tester Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated QA Tester to join our remote quality assurance team in Philadelphia, PA. The QA Tester plays a critical role in evaluating user experience and testing the functionality of both web and mobile applications. By providing valuable feedback and insights, the QA Tester directly supports the continuous improvement and reliability of our digital platforms. This full-time opportunity allows you to work remotely while collaborating with a dedicated team focused on delivering seamless digital experiences to users nationwide.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive usability testing on mobile and web platforms, ensuring that software features function correctly across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues with accuracy and clarity to facilitate effective resolution.
- Work closely with development teams to communicate findings, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the resolution of identified issues.
- Submit thorough daily or weekly reports summarizing testing results, observations, and recommendations for improvement.
- Help maintain high standards of quality across all digital products by participating in ongoing testing cycles and adhering to established protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured testing instructions.
- Strong communication skills for effectively documenting and reporting issues.
- Comfortable with remote collaboration tools and familiar with app ecosystems.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for testing purposes.
