- Systematically document bugs, glitches, and areas of potential improvement, providing clear and actionable feedback for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with developers and other team members to communicate findings and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports that summarize testing outcomes, highlight critical problems, and offer recommendations for product enhancements.
- Maintain up-to-date records of testing procedures, test cases, and issue tracking to support ongoing quality assurance efforts.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow structured instructions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with remote work tools and digital communication platforms, enabling effective participation in a distributed team.
- Experience in quality assurance, user testing, or similar roles is preferred, but candidates with a strong interest in app ecosystems and digital products are encouraged to apply.
