Key Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile applications and web platforms, ensuring consistent user experience across all devices and browsers.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, glitches, and user experience issues with clarity and precision to facilitate prompt resolution.
- Collaborate closely with development teams by providing clear feedback and actionable insights regarding software functionality and performance.
- Verify that software features function properly on various devices, screen sizes, and operating systems by performing cross-platform compatibility tests.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports summarizing testing results, findings, and recommendations on a daily or weekly basis as required.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and ability to consistently follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Experience with remote working tools and a solid understanding of both mobile and web app ecosystems.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and at least one desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for testing responsibilities.
