QA Tester Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our remote quality assurance team as a QA Tester. This full-time opportunity is based in Cleveland, OH, and offers the chance to play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and usability of our digital platforms. The QA Tester will be responsible for conducting thorough usability tests on both mobile and web applications, helping to identify areas for improvement and ensuring a seamless user experience for our end users.
Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for mobile and web platforms to assess performance and user experience.
- Document and report software bugs, glitches, and user experience issues with clear and thorough details to support the development process.
- Work closely with development teams to communicate feedback, ensuring that identified issues are understood and properly addressed.
- Verify that software features and functions perform consistently across different devices, browsers, and screen resolutions, ensuring accessibility and usability for all users.
- Compile and submit detailed daily or weekly reports outlining test findings, recommendations, and insights on overall application performance.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to follow structured testing instructions and scenarios.
- Proficient with remote working tools and comfortable navigating various app ecosystems and platforms.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Reliable access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device, along with a stable internet connection for remote work.
