QA TesterWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual for the position of QA Tester. Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios on both mobile and web applications to assess performance and user experience.
- Document bugs, glitches, and user experience pain points with accuracy and clarity to support effective issue resolution.
- Work collaboratively with development teams to communicate any discovered issues and provide actionable feedback.
- Verify that software features perform correctly across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure cross-platform consistency.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing findings and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to follow structured testing instructions and protocols.
- Comfortable navigating remote work environments and skilled in using a variety of digital collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with mobile and web app ecosystems, with prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device are essential for effective performance in this role.
