QA Tester Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our remote quality assurance team. The QA Tester will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, usability, and reliability of our digital products, including both mobile applications and web platforms. Key Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability and functionality testing on a range of digital products, including mobile apps and websites, ensuring a consistent user experience across multiple platforms.
- Identify, document, and clearly communicate bugs, glitches, and user experience challenges encountered during testing cycles.
- Collaborate proactively with development teams to relay feedback and contribute to ongoing product improvement efforts.
- Verify that software features function seamlessly across diverse devices, browsers, and screen sizes, maintaining a high standard of cross-platform compatibility.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing findings, issues, and recommendations for enhancements or fixes.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to follow structured test cases and instructions precisely.
- Proficiency with remote working tools and familiarity with the app and web ecosystem, enabling efficient testing and communication within a distributed team structure.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields is preferred, but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary hardware such as desktop, laptop, or mobile devices for conducting thorough testing activities.
