QA Technician - Summary- Support product and QA teams by managing and maintaining hardware and devices required for testing.
- Ensure the lab environment is clean, organized, secure, and efficient for developers and testers.

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in hardware support, lab operations, or technical QA environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in PC hardware, operating systems, device drivers, and BIOS.
- Familiarity with gaming hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Experience with QA or testing processes in a technical environment.
- Ability to repair and configure hardware, utilize deployment or imaging tools, and safely lift equipment.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and resolving technical issues.
