Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability and functionality testing on mobile and web platforms to identify issues affecting user experience.
- Document and report bugs, glitches, and usability challenges with clear, detailed descriptions to facilitate efficient resolution.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to communicate findings, provide actionable feedback, and support ongoing improvements.
- Verify that software features are fully functional and consistent across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on testing results and recommendations on a daily or weekly basis, as required.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a systematic approach to testing and documentation.
- Ability to follow structured instructions and consistently apply testing methodologies.
- Comfortable using remote collaboration and project management tools to communicate and coordinate with team members.
- Familiarity with app ecosystems and modern digital products.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for testing purposes.
