QA Analyst – Interactive Systems Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Analyst – Interactive Systems to join our remote team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the quality, responsiveness, and functionality of complex interactive digital systems. As a QA Analyst – Interactive Systems, you will work closely with development and design teams to ensure seamless and engaging user experiences across a variety of digital touchpoints, including immersive experiences, educational platforms, and smart devices. This position is remote and open to candidates located in North America, offering a unique chance to work from anywhere within the region.
Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive quality assurance test plans for interactive systems, including immersive platforms, educational tools, and smart devices.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, performance issues, or glitches associated with interactive elements and system responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as development and design to communicate findings and assist in the resolution of issues.
- Validate that interactive system components function as intended across a wide range of devices and input methods, ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on system quality, responsiveness, and the overall user experience of interactive products.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies for interactive systems.
- Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to evaluate interactive design and complex system functionality.
- Proficiency in remote working tools and an understanding of various interactive technologies and protocols.
- Prior experience in interactive media QA, system testing, or similar interactive software testing environments is valued.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a range of devices for the purpose of comprehensive system testing.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback on elements such as interactive design, user flow, and system integration.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for documenting findings and collaborating with team members.
