QA Analyst – Interactive Systems Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled QA Analyst – Interactive Systems to join our remote team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality for interactive digital platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user engagement. As a QA Analyst – Interactive Systems, you will contribute your expertise to the rigorous testing and evaluation of immersive experiences, educational solutions, and smart devices.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance test plans for interactive systems, including immersive experiences, educational platforms, and smart devices.
- Identify and thoroughly document bugs, performance issues, and any system glitches that may impact interactive elements or compromise system responsiveness.
- Collaborate closely with development and design teams to communicate findings, clarify issues, and support the resolution of identified defects.
- Verify the functionality of interactive system components, ensuring consistent performance across a range of devices and input methods.
- Generate detailed reports that summarize the findings related to interactive system quality, responsiveness, and user experience, providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of interactive design principles and complex system functionality.
- Proficiency with remote working tools and the ability to adapt to various interactive technologies and communication protocols.
- Previous experience in interactive media QA, system testing, or related interactive software quality assurance roles is highly regarded.
- Reliable internet connectivity and access to a variety of devices to facilitate comprehensive testing of interactive systems.
- Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback regarding interactive design, user flow, and system integration for ongoing optimization.
