QA Analyst – Game UI/UX Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Analyst – Game UI/UX to join our dynamic remote team in Salt Lake City, UT. As a vital part of our Quality Assurance team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our digital game platforms provide a seamless, bug-free, and engaging user experience. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough usability and interface testing on a variety of mobile and web gaming platforms.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs, glitches, and user interface issues with accurate and clear descriptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to communicate technical issues and user experience concerns.
- Verify that all features and functionalities perform consistently across multiple devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen resolutions.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing test results, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to methodically follow structured testing procedures and checklists.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools, bug tracking software, and digital communication platforms for efficient teamwork.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, software testing, user experience testing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to analyze user interaction data and provide constructive feedback aimed at enhancing overall game UI/UX.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively document findings and articulate feedback to development teams.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for testing purposes.
