Responsibilities- Perform structured usability testing on mobile and web-based gaming interfaces to assess navigation, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- Identify, document, and communicate bugs, glitches, and areas causing user frustration or confusion in a clear and organized manner.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams to relay findings and support the ongoing improvement of product features.
- Verify that all software features function properly across a diverse range of devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure broad compatibility and accessibility.
- Generate comprehensive daily or weekly reports detailing test results, issues identified, and actionable recommendations for product enhancements.
- Maintain awareness of best practices in quality assurance and user interface testing specific to gaming applications to continually improve testing processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow structured testing protocols and instructions precisely.
- Experience with remote working tools and an understanding of app ecosystems, including installation, navigation, and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Reliable internet connection, along with access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of running required testing software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration with remote teams.
