- Prepare detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing findings, trends, and actionable insights to inform ongoing enhancements to digital platforms.
- Maintain thorough records of test cases, testing procedures, and outcomes for audit and improvement purposes.
Qualifications

- Experience using remote collaboration tools and familiarity with digital service environments.
