The QA Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications by working within an Agile/Scrum environment. As a QA Analyst, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to design, execute, and document comprehensive testing procedures across multiple software development phases. This position is essential in maintaining the integrity and performance of business-critical systems by identifying, tracking, and resolving potential issues before deployment. The QA Analyst position requires a blend of technical skills, including test planning, test execution, defect management, and the application of automated and manual testing methodologies.

In this full-time QA Analyst role, you will be responsible for creating detailed test plans, developing and running test cases, documenting results, and ensuring effective communication with your team. The QA Analyst will utilize leading tools such as Jira, SharePoint, and Xray for test management and defect tracking. You will also engage directly with different types of testing—ranging from unit and integration testing to regression, system, UAT, performance, and API testing—ensuring every release meets strict quality standards. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about quality assurance, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

As a QA Analyst, your expertise in SQL for data validation, your familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, and your experience with test automation tools such as UFT will ensure the reliable delivery of software solutions. By creating and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) plans and schedules, you will play a key role in communicating progress, readiness, and contributing to go/no-go decisions.
