- Collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams to communicate findings, provide actionable feedback, and contribute to the resolution of software issues.
- Verify that application features consistently function across different operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes, maintaining a seamless user experience for all customers.
- Generate and submit detailed daily or weekly reports outlining test results, issues discovered, and recommendations for enhancement, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Keen attention to detail and the capability to follow complex and structured instructions throughout the testing process.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote collaboration tools, as well as a general familiarity with app ecosystems and digital platforms.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related discipline is preferred, demonstrating a background in verifying software performance and usability.
- Dependable high-speed internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for thorough digital testing.
