Pulmonary Critical Care Nurse Practitioner (NP, APRN) - Summary- Locum, minimum 13-week assignment with possibility of extension
- Based near Philadelphia, PA
- Full-time schedule preferred: three 12-hour shifts per week (days, nights, weekends)
- Collaborative role in a multidisciplinary ICU team
- Competitive hourly rate and paid malpractice
- Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring of critically ill patients in ICU and pulmonary ICU settings
- Independently place and manage central and arterial lines
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and allied health professionals
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
- Provide advanced airway and ventilator management
- Educate patients and families on care plans, prognosis, and procedures
- Document all care activities and clinical findings in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Competitive hourly compensation: $110-135 per hour
