Psychiatrist, MD/DO – Full-time Opportunity
We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our integrated outpatient behavioral health and primary care clinic. This full-time, permanent position offers a chance to become part of a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and licensed clinical social workers (LCSWs), all dedicated to serving a vibrant community of approximately 35,000 residents.
As a Psychiatrist, MD/DO, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based psychiatric care within a supportive and innovative environment. Our clinic operates within a patient-centered care model, emphasizing comprehensive behavioral health services that are fully integrated with primary care. This structure allows you to make a significant impact on patient outcomes and community wellness.
The successful candidate for the Psychiatrist, MD/DO, position will enjoy a schedule of four 10-hour days per week, resulting in a sustainable work-life balance. The average caseload is 12-16 patients per day, supported by dedicated 1:1 clinical support staff to ensure efficiency and quality of care. In this role, you will participate in a shared phone call rotation for established patients only, minimizing after-hours disruptions while maintaining continuity of care.
Our clinic utilizes the EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, streamlining documentation and contributing to coordinated patient management. The position offers exposure to a diverse patient population, presenting a range of psychiatric conditions and treatment needs, making it a professionally rewarding opportunity for growth and skill development.
