The Psychiatrist, MD/DO plays a vital role within community health programs by providing expert psychiatric consultation and care in a hybrid/remote capacity. This position is designed for a board-certified psychiatrist who is committed to delivering high-quality mental health services in collaboration with primary care providers (PCPs) and multidisciplinary teams. The psychiatrist will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, prescribe appropriate medications, and monitor patient outcomes to ensure effective care.
