Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Representative (P&C Licensed) - Summary- Full-time position within a reputable State Farm Agency
- Work in-office at our Dallas, TX location
- Engage with customers to provide tailored insurance solutions

- Develop leads and schedule appointments to engage potential clients
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through value-driven conversations
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service in all interactions
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarification
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Meet or exceed sales goals and agency targets
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall agency objectives
