Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Representative (P&C Insurance Sales Rep) - Summary
- Engage with prospective and existing customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable property and casualty insurance products.
- Leverage your active Property and Casualty license to provide expert advice and guidance on policy options, coverage limits, and claims processes.
- Contribute to the agency's growth by developing leads, scheduling appointments, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify new leads through various prospecting methods, including outbound calls, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with clients to discuss their insurance needs and recommend appropriate property and casualty products.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up, addressing inquiries, and providing policy information and updates.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service related to policy availability, eligibility, changes, claims, and billing inquiries.
- Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to agency goals.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records in accordance with company procedures and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty license required; applications without a valid license cannot be considered.
- Previous experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred but not required.
