Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain required state insurance producer licenses in property & casualty and life & health (support provided if licenses are not already held).
- Drive new business growth through a combination of inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Generate insurance quotes, follow up with leads, and successfully close personal lines sales.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client support to build trust and satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a daily commitment to achieving individual and team sales goals.
- Cross-sell and upsell to existing clients to enhance relationships and increase policy retention.
- Establish referral partnerships with mortgage lenders, real estate professionals, and other industry contacts.
- Develop new financial service opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, with agency leadership providing leads to support your success.
