- Handle daily alerts and manage all incoming customer claims calls, providing thorough follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of each customer interaction, documenting all relevant information in the insurance management system.
- Welcome every customer entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner, ensuring a positive first impression and ongoing client experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or insurance-related position.
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and client requests.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Word, Outlook, and Adobe DC, and experience with insurance management systems.
