Project Scheduler - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and develop project schedules based on execution strategies and milestones.
- Maintain and update schedules throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and resource allocation.
- Review contractor schedules for compliance and quality; perform critical path method and earned value management assessments.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare narrative reports on schedule status for leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct time impact analyses related to delays, disruptions, and claims.
- Evaluate change orders for schedule and budget impacts; participate in negotiations.
- Analyze construction claims and provide schedule-related recommendations.
- Perform cost analysis, develop cost-loaded schedules, and support financial forecasting.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and support schedule reporting activities.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to achieve project objectives and apply contract standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project or program scheduling for large construction programs.
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience conducting time impact analyses and evaluating construction claims and change orders.
- Understanding of cost engineering principles and scheduling methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and travel between project sites as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
