Project Manager (PMP) – Construction Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to support timely completion and quality outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate degree in construction-related field (engineering, architecture) or equivalent work experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degrees and professional certifications (PMP, CEM, LEED AP, EIT, PE) are a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, including infrastructure and energy reduction projects.
- 10-hour OSHA certification required; 30-hour OSHA certification preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software such as Sage Intacct, MS Project, and PowerBI.
- In-depth knowledge of industry codes, standards, health and safety regulations, and construction contracts.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and change management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
